Set Up & Events Terms and Conditions

We love being a part of your special occasions! Please read our set up terms and conditions carefully. Payment of deposit will be taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your order date and time with the remainder to be paid at least 7 days prior to order date.
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or credit card/EFTPOS (1.2% surcharge applies for credit card/EFTPOS payments).

CHANGES TO ORDER

  • Minor changes to your order can be made up until 10 days prior to your event. After this time we may be unable to accept changes as we need to start preparation and order stock required if necessary.

CANCELLATIONS / POSTPONEMENT 

If for any reason you need to postpone or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. 

  • POSTPONEMENT: if you need to change your order date, we’re happy to work with you to reschedule. Change of date is subject to availability. Postponement within 72 hours of order date may incur a fee if we have already begun inflation.
  • CANCELLATION:  the 30% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation within 72 hours of your order date may incur an extra charge if we have already begun inflation.

REMOVAL/DISPOSAL

  • If framework/hire items have been used in your set up, we will arrange with you as to whether we are returning to collect (extra charge may be applied), or whether you will return the hire items back to us in store.
  • You are responsible for removal and proper disposal of balloons.

DAMAGES

  • If any damages occur to framework/hire items during their use for your order, you are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of the item.

WEATHER / TEMPERATURE CONDITIONS

  • Weather and temperature conditions are out of our control. Extreme weather events may impact the ability to set up and how well balloons/equipment will last.
  • We strongly advise against setting up balloons in direct sun in outdoor events as they are highly likely to burst. We are not responsible if you choose to do this anyway.

LIABILITY

  • We will ensure everything is set up perfectly on our departure. We are not responsible for anything that occurs to set up items or balloons after we have left the set up.
