Payment, Changes and Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT
Standard balloon orders are required to be paid for at the time of ordering. This secures your order date and time, and your preferred items of choice. Orders are not confirmed and finalised until payment has been received and stock cannot be held without payment.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
If you need to make changes to your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We're happy to accommodate changes wherever possible, however if we have ordered items specifically for your order we may be unable to make changes.
We may also be unable to make changes within 48-72 hours of your order date and time if inflation has begun (this time frame depends on what you have ordered as some items we prepare in advance).
CANCELLATION
If for any reason you need to cancel your balloon order, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancelled orders will be issued with a store credit. We don't offer refunds for change of mind or circumstance.
We may be unable to cancel a balloon order within 48-72 hours of order time if we have already begun inflation (when we begin inflation depends on what you have ordered).
We will always do our best to work with you in reasonable circumstances.
