I'm Cara!

And I'm the owner / Head Honcho / Boss Lady around here! You may already know me from my family's long standing local business, House2Home Kiama where we recently closed the doors after nearly 25 years. I literally grew up in this business from the age of 12, so I believe I know a thing or two about small business!

I have taken everything I have learnt and know and poured it into this little business!

For as long as I can remember...

I've always been one to count down to birthdays, one who takes all the photos and one to try and make special moments memorable... I've always believed that birthdays and special occasions are worth making a fuss over - and what better way to do that than with balloons!

I'm a mum to my little girl Willow!

And you will see her in store with me frequently! Being a mum is my most cherished role, and I only hope one day she will remember her childhood and our business with fondness! Here's some other random facts about me:

  • I have only ever had two jobs!
  • I've only lived in 3 houses
  • I don't drink coffee and rarely drink alcohol!
  • My favourite seasons are Autumn and Spring
  • Amazing sunsets and beautiful skies excite me!

This is Kristina and Evie!

They are my right hand girls and help me to keep this place running smoothly and efficiently! Kristina and Evie were with us at House2Home for many years each and they have both been instrumental in getting Bunches set up.
